β β β β β Still waiting for parcel to be delivered eventho ugh on track n trace its said for last 2 days that it was going to be delivered. Apparently the main St, Evans St, in timaru is to busy for the driver to find a place to park, customer service in timaru rude as, was told I could go pick it up or wait till driver was able to deliver it, was also told if u didn't like it they could always return parcel to sender. Will never recommend them ever

β β β β β We have had someone else's parcel turn up at our place. Mistakes happen but it seems like this is not an isolated incident. Spent half an hour waiting to talk to someone just to try and return it.

β β β β β Use a different courier service in Timaru = it's worth the extra dollar.
Almost always an issue with an Aramex delivery in Timaru.
Hard to get hold of & hard work to get a resolution from.
Most issues seem to be laziness = assuming a gate is locked without checking it, delivering items to the wrong address, failure to read delivery instructions etc
Too many incidents over the years to recount them all.
Changing the name from Fastway hasn't changed the service = still terrible.

β β β β β I haven't even ordered anything! But I have a parcel here for Adip Kumar. Been trying to ring through to get this returned but their customer service is just an automated message that plays over and over. I tried to contact them through their account information option but it was just the same answer. I'm happy to change this review if someone gets back to me. I feel sorry for the recipient of this parcel

β β β β β Lost 2 package within one month, very good at losing parcels, hardly able to get through to their customer service, probably because they are getting too many calls regarding lost parcels. Will give negative star if possible.

β β β β β Parcels sent to Auckland during the 2021 end of year lockdown came through quickly and efficiently. Even though other couriers struggled with across-town deliveries.
