Every time I book a courier online, the parcel doesn't get collected. I then have to ring up to ask for it to be collected (which may or may not happen). Long wait times on the phone. Today the phone is engaged and I can't get through. You're better of spending more money and booking with NZ Post!

I wish I didn't have to leave a one star rating. I was home the day the Aramex driver pulled up on my street. I was watching to see if he came to my letter box because I was waiting for my parcel but no dice. Then I get a notification saying it had been delivered. Not sure if he couldn't find it in the back of the truck or delivered it to a neighbour. I did knock and ask neighbours, no luck. Called the welington office Thursday, they said they would send the driver back, probably on Friday now. Friday afternoon and no driver. Called the office and I said if the parcel is in the depo I will pick it up Saturday morning. They said they would call me back. No call at all. I finally had to chase again and they said if it hasn't been delivered then lodge it with the sender. Goodbye to my $200 prescription glasses I suppose. Would not trust Aramex to deliver a parcel, and if it goes wrong then there is no follow up or fix. Our other local couriers are fab.

Haven’t picked my order up for two days, told me to call back on Monday. Stated my parcel was β€œnot out for collection” yet decided to update their tracking system as β€œCollected”. Even called 9am to have it recollected……. No one turned up. UPDATE: Called again Monday morning for collection……. No one turned up. Customer Service decided this afternoon to refund me instead of actually doing the service they said they were going to do. What a waste of everyone’s time. No ownership or apology. Joke. How hard logistically is it to communicate with your drivers that β€œa package has not been picked up for 2 days running, can you please collect this asap today?”

Took an unmarked parcel instead of the one labeled for aramex. They were notified within 1hr of the mistake. Said they would stop the parcel on transit. Didn't and delivered it. Then took 2 weeks to pick it back up from someones front porch. And didn't come back to collect the correct parcel I had to drop it at the depot. And then took another 2 weeks to deliver the original wrong parcel back to me. Spent 19 calls and hours on the phone with them. Will never use again. Do not recommend. The customer service ladies were friendly but doesn't seem like they could do much.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. Contacted Aramex today to query where my parcel was (after being continuously cut off) - she said she would get back to me and never did. Then I click on tracking and they've changed the status to "delivered" and that the parcel was signed for! Really Aramex? Where is it then, because it certainly isn't at my house! And I've been home all day. Worst courier company ever - I have no idea how this franchise is still in business based on the number of other people who have obviously had terrible experiences with them. Update - it just got delivered! Amazing.

Absolutely terrible service, will never willingly use again. Parcel was supposed to arrive a week ago and when you try to contact them not once but 3 times and never once get a response, it just goes to show how terrible their customer service is. Judging but the vast amount of 1 star reviews it seems that this is not just a one off experience. if I could give 0 stars I would, gladly. I'm not normally one to leave reviews so it really goes to show how poor their service is. Do better.

Booked a courier to be collected and delivered. Pickup scheduled next day and waited the whole day-no pick up. Emailed and got a reply that it will be collected next day-nil. Called 25 times and managed to speak to someone-will be picked up next day again-no show. Same again next day. After 6 days, I dropped the parcel to the courier company desk. Finally got parcel delivered. Tracking wrongly mentioned that attempted to pick up but parcel not ready -it’s a lie. Will not use this company again.

Every time I order something online, I pray Aramex isn't handling my order - they're formerly Fastway, by the way, for anyone looking at reviews. The name change can't cover up how dreadful they are. One time I watched a van drive straight past my front gate, as I sat in front and waved, and the driver even waved back. According to the email I received, I wasn't home that day. Awful company. Actively avoid them. Edit after reply: No they absolutely have not improved! Tried calling the depot yesterday and much like in other reviews here, it never went through!
