Client Brief
At this stage we will get the brief from the client and understand what is the client
main object of their development.
We need to see what other Consultants are needed to make the project into reality.
We will assess against RMA process and the district plan rules and if we need to apply for RMA.
Fee proposal will be sent to the client and the conceptual design process.
Concept Stage
Once the client have agreed on a fee then we will do a conceptual design on the client brief and modify the design to suit the district plan rules.
developed design
At the developed design a client signs of the concept designed ,so that the project can go into a detail design. which will be sent to the consultants for their input.
REsource consent
If the RMA is required, client will be informed ,other Consultants will be required to obtain the resource consent.
Once the RMA is obtained then the building consent drawing can be started.
Building consent
At this stage the building consent drawing will be carried out and other Consultants will be required to provide the set of documents for the building consen
Project management
We work with other Consultants very closely to provide a better service to our clients,
so that the experience of building a development is very excellent.
The outcome of working with a project manager very closely is a excellent result to this development and the clients are happy with the result.
conclusion
As an architectural designer I like to provide a better service to my clients , so that they are happy at the end with their development.
I always treat their project as if it is my project and save money and time.
