β β β β β Great service,I was informed within an hour that my order was ready for collection.At the pick-up point,the staff member was friendly and cheerful,and brought the order to me immediately.
Have visited many times in person since lockdown. Always friendly and helpful staff. A clean,tidy and well organised stock, with a great selection and good prices.

β β β β β Customer service on queens birthday was appalling. Went in to try find a bottle of wine, staff member asked me if I had a mask, to which Iβm exempt from. She asks me to show her (technically I donβt need to, see the COVID-19 offical govt site) I was polite and said I will show her. She then continued to talk about how she doesnβt believe in the passes to another customer while I was waiting to show her my pass. Couldnβt find the wine decided to leave. She then tryβs to block us as we go to leave, and I show her the pass. Which was an the new exemptions that came out 31st of may with my name on it. She then follows us out the door and watches us leave, only then did we respond back with rudeness. Was told to never come back. Iβm not from this town but I definitely do not recommend coming here. You work in retail, your job is to help customers not judge them for not being able to wear a mask. If your vac and wearing a mask why is my health a concern to you.
