★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go this clinic for my daughter but I had a bad memory when they treated my mother-in -law after discharging from North Shore Hospital. Kind but unprofessional assesment even basic medical treatment.
I NEVER EVER return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this medical center for many years have waited an average of 10 minutes after my appointment time to see the doc with an appointment, was happy to adjust until i got turned away from an appointment for being 6 minutes late. Had the message passed on to me via the receptionist. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Have moved on to another medical center since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this clinic has given my parents good care in the past so I am not giving a worse rating. However, I really wish that Dr. Gelbart would consider taking mental health issues more seriously; I suffered severe depression as a child and teen and could not get the help I needed at this site after trying many times. It is still very painful for me to look back on this experience. Further I felt that Dr. Mayadeo was not very respectful in the way he explained things and gave minimal privacy during procedures I now know the patient can do alone in a different room. I hope that this has changed in the last few years. Respectfully I think that for the above reasons young women and girls would be better suited at a different practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful, caring and professional medical centre for the whole family. Dr Mayadeo has an excellent bedside manner and holistic approach to health. His advice has helped me improve my health naturally. Reception staff are courteous and the nurse is lovely too. Very glad we found this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this clinic until I realised that they did not update my medical notes as well as my sons medical notes correctly. After moving to a different clinic I have found that my sons vaccination notes were incorrect, they stated that he required another vaccine when in fact he didn’t. My son is allergic to amoxicillin and this was not updated in his notes either, my new doctor said she had to update his records for me because there was nothing on his medical file to say that he was allergic to it.
Dr Gelbart didn’t seem interested or happy about seeing me as a patient. Dr Mayadeo was the last dr I dealt with at this clinic, he was good and I preferred to go to him when I was there.
The last invoice I received was invoiced to my son but the appointment was for me, I found that odd.
The final straw for me was the vaccination calls and emails for my son who didn’t need one at all, then finding out that his medical notes were not updated pushed me to write this review.
I will say that the reception ladies are really nice! As well as the nurse (actually I think there are 2 that are really nice to deal with).
