★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today for a shoulder injury for the first time. The doctor there was very accepting, calm and knew what he was talking about. I then had a acupuncture session, she was also very knowledgeable with her respective sector. Very care and talked/explained everything as we went through the acupuncture nd cupping process. I would definitely recommend this place. Keep it up, we’ll done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor seemed very hesitant to prescribe controlled medication(that I had been taking for 14 months) which is fine I could continue seeing my regular GP I just wanted a clinic closer than a 40 minute drive.
What concerned me was the reason he gave; being a new clinic the doctor wanted to 'play it safe' 'as to not look dodgy' I didn't know prescribing publicly funded medication was dodgy for starters.
I also felt I could not get a direct answer to a number of questions I asked. I'm sure the doctor would be great if you needed a wart burnt off or some antibiotics but I did feel a lack f confidence from the outset which was disappointing as well as concerning for me as a patient who has a common yet severe back injury.
