★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. The products are very unique and great for casual wear. The stock they have is very exclusive which makes up for the fairly high prices. Great customer service and very helpful, always asking if I needed anymore help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most stores have moved away from gift vouchers that expire after 12 months. Area51 still do this and when asked today about a voucher that was 13 months old - ie just one month over their expiry I was told there was no flexibility. Essentially, they've had our money for 12 months and now they will keep it. Not sure that this is fair in anyone's book. Area51 need to rethink this and how they deal with customers - very poor experience.

The service is impeccable, and the boss is a great guy. all round incredible.Truly breathtaking top notch quality brands, and the shop is the greatest shop i am ever been to. AMAZING. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to the store a few weeks ago and had the worse customer service. No one wanting to serve me and my sister. We would have spent good money but I guess if you don’t look rich no one is nice to you. Such a shame, think your staff need some basic customer service training and maybe some cultural sensitivity training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the prices are way to high and things are never in stock. the quality of the products is good, however they are there for $$$. Some employees are very kind but some won’t even look your way when you walk in the store :( wish I would of been noticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty shocking experience....ordered a jumper and some shoes online but i needed to return the shoes to change size. I sent them back to Cuba St as per online instructions with courier tracking but they managed to lose them....the manager was nice on the phone but didn't call me back or respond to my emails....now i own a $500 jumper and i cant turn off their spam in case they decide to come back to me....wicked!
