β β β β β They announced quite a good price over the phone, but when I come up with my documents the price increased dramatically. In addition they were quite Ill-mannered, even rude.
My verdict: they are rude, unprofessional and expensive. Would never ever recommend this company.

β β β β β Just in response to Antonio's post: It is actually impossible to provide a quote over the phone without seeing the actual documents. Perhaps these were legal documents or transcripts with lots of codes, dates, module numbers? So this review would seem to me to be extremely one-sided. My own experiences with Aria have been the exact opposite. Very honest and excellent quality.
