★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing, not the food, the service was poor, we were the only table of 6 adults, 5 kids apart from 2 x 2 others and had to ask waitress for desert menu, weren't offered more drinks and no water? Also no service with a smile at all, floor very dirty and sticky, needs a good rark up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for lunch the other day. Service was poor. Asked for a high chair and only one was available and it was in use. No baby changing facilities as the change table was tied together in a knot so had to change my child on the very dirty sticky floor. Also when I went into the restroom to I found a table top high chair so I was very upset and annoyed about that. Can't say I'd recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately had a bad experience here. I had ribs that had next to no meat on them, our table didn’t get cleared before we had desert which meant we had to wait and also help clear the table. We had to talk to the manager in charge due to the kitchen blasting their un-restaurant worthy music out loud in which the whole restaurant could hear it clearly, including our 5 year old. Yes I got a video as proof and manager apologised but still wasn’t happy with this experience overall. Definitely won’t be back again.
