My overall experience went smoothly and without incident, everything was managed online considering I live in Sydney, Australia. The branch manager Colette Smuts was a pleasure to work with and provided me with detailed information and guidance to help my family and I to make the necessary arrangements so quickly and effortlessly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service from the lady that works there “every 2nd Saturday” she rushed us throughout the whole consult it was barely 5 minutes long because of how fast she wanted us out of the shop. She made everything difficult and even referred us to a Facebook company that does “cheap” re touching. She looked at my family like we don’t have the money to set foot into her store. All she kept saying was “I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know” was not helpful at all. One star because that’s the experience my family and I had to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out about Aro Memorials through a relative who had their headstones done by Aro Memorials. Hearing about the personal touch that they provide I couldn't wait to get in contact with them for my parents headstones.
I had a headstone design in mind and when I contact Colette and team I felt at home. I sent the Colette a concept of what I wanted along with a little background. Due to the way I was cared for I had faith that my vision would be realised.
The finished product brought my family to tears when they saw the headstone for the first time because it captured the essence of what we were trying to produce for our parents. It captured the essence of what our parents were about. It showed their strength, humility and cheek. Also they did all the work all my family had to do was pick up the finished product.
Colette and Team I cannot thank you enough for what you did for our family and for being a part of our family.
