★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment booked in advance for 1pm, for 3 of us. We got there on time and had to wait 20-30minutes just to get a seat, even though we could see enough free spots to sit down. Was annoying and then the lady butchered my finger by cutting my cuticles way too far causing them to bleed. Ive only had guys do my nails in that store in the past, they were great and the first lady i get.... a little disappointed ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pretty good, it's clean, calm environment, good music, they did their job beautifully and they were also gentle. The only reason i'm giving 4 out of 5 is because my cuticle bleed very little and it's understandable. Over all, i would go back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty dissapointed with this place, not only did it take 2hrs to get my nails done but I was cut and bled twice.
Not even 5days later 2 of my nails have broken, definitely not worth $68 would rather go back to the mount and pay $80 for quality

I am looking forward to becoming a regular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was definitely impressed with the service I received. I wasn't rushed in and out of the doors. The gentleman took his time and was very thorough with my spa pedicure. I agree there isn't much conversation but I am totally fine with that. I enjoyed the massage chair and being pampered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely disgusted with this business. Showed the lady a picture which she assured me she could do. Throughout the whole manicure I was telling her I didn’t like it and it didn’t look like the picture. Once they were finished she made an excuse that they didn’t have the correct tools (which is my problem how?) As soon as I left a nail snapped which I went back in and fixed. The next day two nails have snapped and I am very careful and always wear fake nails. The service was poor and their excuse was that they didn’t speak very good English. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, they are rude and over priced.

Waited 30 min before starting, explaining what I wanted done but she couldn’t understand so i showed the lady a picture she told me i made her feel dumb because she wasn’t white then carried on to say I wouldn’t like a certain colour because apparently i don’t like a-lot of things ( like she new me)
Had 3 different people doing 1 manicure , i was there for over an hour for a simple manicure
I was abused for being racist she was extremely rude , then she wanted me to validate her feelings, im thinking she in the wrong job.
Ending up paying for not getting what I politely asked for but the abuse was free.
Wouldn’t ever go back there even if i was paid to go.
