★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great cafe! Best in Rotorua!! We've tried a few different cafes on other trips down from Auckland but stumbled on this one on our first day and ended up here 3 days in a row! Food is amazing! Love that you do mini eggs bene for those of us that can't eat a whole one! Our two kids loved the food as well which is a plus especially since one of them is a super fussy eater. Her comment was 'these are the fluffiest pancakes i've ever had'. Amazing service! The front of house waiter knew my husbands coffee order from the first day and had a coffee served up to him in just a few minutes. Super friendly and great service! Would give a 6 star rating if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So first visit on the Saturday we had the chicken salad which was amazing tender with the Pacific salad, lovely and fresh. We then had flat whites, fantastic and shared beautiful carrot cake. High recommended.
Ok part 2 of this review, now Sunday. Went back for bunch fabulous. The staff are so attentive, respective and service is quick. The food presented was awesome as per the photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe was warm, lovely staff, great choices on menu & the cabinet food looked great also. Coffee was tasty & hot! (so tired of luke warm coffee). We had a very tasty full breakfast each. I couldn't eat all mine but by partner finished it off as usual. ?. Will certainly go back here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Artisan Cafe on a rainy weekday in Jan on our road trip...I googled best cafes in Rotorua and this one looked good. Did not disappoint! They were super accomodating for my son who has an egg allergy...visiting a cafe normally has very limited options for him but he loved the Buttermilk Chicken Burger and a delicious vegan slice for afters! I got the Artisan Sunshine breakfast which was so up street!!! Happy family all round!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in here for lunch on our way through Rotorua. Amazing coffee and food was superb! Was quite a long wait in line to order although a busy cafe is always a good sign. Will definitely stop by again when we're in the area.
