★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recently my partner and i have been getting great coffees here on the daily! always receive the friendliest of service from all staff, cabinet items and menu are honestly exceptional - would recommend to all locals and rotorua visitors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All our food was tasty. There was a kids menu and kids enjoyed the food they got. The one issue is that they were quite busy and had a lot of people crowding around the counter. Its obvious why they are popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure I would recommend Lime Cafe if you are in a hurry. Whilst the meals we received were tasty, we waited a long time to receive them. Two other tables where the people came in a while after us received their meals earlier. I had to ask for water and when our meals finally came out, we had no cutlery to eat with. The staff were nice but not really onto it.

I was visiting from Wellington.
Went for breakfast with my family. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and cared for. So much so that my request for a white chocolate mochaccino was catered for, even though it is not on the menu.
And the friendly staff member pulled it off even though she was new to making coffee, and it was delicious! ??
The food that we had, was on point as well.
The kitchen staff (one in particular ?) were also very friendly.
I love finding places that nail all areas of service as this one has, so I am happy to recommend this publicly on this platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How delightful to be welcomed by the smiling eyes of Danielle who took our order without fuss. The coffee was excellent in a mug as ordered and the food inexpensive and tasty. Definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food and coffee! Had our weekend brunch here and we both left full and as happy as can be. Also took some sweets home with us too and can say that the lemon tarts are TO DIE FOR. Thank you very much for the amazing food!
