★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in twice. The first time it was too busy to be seen by staff and after waiting 20 minutes I left. The second time after some waiting I tried to activate my bank account but was told my proof of address wasn't sufficient for government regulations. I walked over the road to ANZ who accepted the same proof of address without hesitation. Disappointed by ASB who have decent reviews online.
