★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb architecture makes it a landmark in Wynyard Quarter, inside the building is more impressive with ultra-modern decor and state of the art facilities. If you want to check it out I recommend having a bite to eat at Johnny Barr's to give you some perspective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly an amazing eco building with lots of interesting design features. The innovation lab is where they showcase the next generation in banking technology. I enjoyed the big screen display which you can navigate through just by waving your hand. Nice to see that they have gone to the trouble to take ownership of this Google Pluse site and put some photos on it. It amazes me how many small and big businesses don't do this. So it encourages me when I see it all coming together to improve the end user experience as I volunteer my time to update Google Maps using the Google Mapmaker tool.

Will not be recommending nor making any major transactions with this bank until you sort yourselves out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great award winning building with great space. The foyer is quite protected from the wind, though some part of the floor on the foyer is quite rough. Have a few old equipment as part of their ornaments.

So siloed in its approach that they can't organise a basic mortgage holiday within 6 weeks, 7 different contact people, and a system that just won't deal with the request. We have engaged the ombudsman twice to sort it out, even that isn't working. Amazingly incompetent.
