★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been walking past the salon in Parnell for months and noticed how friendly and professional the staff are. A week ago I wandered in to book an appointment and was greeted by the most beautiful, friendly receptionist. Andrea booked me in straightaway with Steve and I honestly didn't want to leave. I got a blow wave yesterday and have never been happier. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating and I can't wait to go back. I will never go anywhere else again, the team at ASC Salon are hand down the coolest and most talented group. VERY HAPPY CLIENT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my visit to ASC Salon. My hair is long and incredibly thick, and I hadn't been to a salon in months when I made my appointment with ASC. After letting my hair go for so long without any real tending, I felt super frustrated with it; my hair felt heavy and blah, and I was really hoping to liven it up with a good cut and some highlights. Based on my research, I chose ASC, and I'm so glad I did! They were fantastic about accommodating my schedule, and the process of making an appointment was painless. My visit was awesome. Both Ashlee and Bobbiey worked on my hair, and I felt super comfortable with both of them. They were warm and friendly, and they listened to what I was wanting. I left feeling like my hair was alive again. Everything was perfect--my highlights looked beautiful and my hair had bounce and shape again. I will definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited ASC Salon for the first time earlier this week, and couldn't recommend it highly enough. From the first moment I booked, the followup emails, through to arrival at the salon and the hair cut, every thing was dealt with such ease and friendliness. Ashlee 'got' straight away what I wanted and I was so happy with the results. I usually find going to the hairdressers a bit of a chore, but I can't wait to go back to ASC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at ASC was very disappointing. I had felt confident and excited about going to the salon as 2 work colleagues had referred me there and their hair always looks great. However the colour was awful. I had asked for my original darker colour with some highlights to give a "lift" and some texture. I came away with a full head of highlights and my hair was yellow! When I raised how unhappy I was it was suggested that I come back 2 days later and they would try to solve the issue for me. I did this, enduring 2 days at work with the strangest har colour, but my hair is now very flat and dull. Andrea suggested I come back for a 3rd time so that the colour could be rectified again. However, I have lost complete confidence in going to ASC and feel that i requiring a 3rd opportunity to give me a straight forward colour treatment is excessive. I am not a complainer but this has been the worst experience I have had at a hair salon and feel it necessary to post a review. Sadly I won't be going back to ASC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rebekah was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything I wanted and made sure I was comfortable as I am quite particular about my hair. I was super nervous going into my appointment but left feeling so happy and my hair looked incredible and oh so soft! O am extremely happy that I have finally found a salon with lovely and very skilled stylists!! Never going anywhere else <3
