Do these people know how to colour blonde hair? My answer is no. I booked in for a full head of foils on the last appointment of the day on a Friday night. Right away Shelley felt rushed. She didn’t foil my hair, but rather “painted” on the dye at the ends. They told me as they were washing and toning it that I was going to have to leave with my hair wet because they were closing and was this ok? Hmmm so basically you’re kicking me out because you want to go home and can’t spare 10 mins to blow dry and check the colour is ok and that your client is happy? Ok then... The next day to my horror I discovered the ends were severely over processed and almost WHITE. I am almost 40, not 18, so as you can imagine I was appalled at this - (not that an 18 year old would be happy with that either!) I emailed to let Shelley know, as not only were the ends white - but there was a very obvious LINE where she had painted the dye on. I actually cried at how bad it was. Shelley offered to fix it as they are required to do, but I wasn’t willing to go back to someone who had done this much DAMAGE to my hair. She also tried to blame my purple shampoo. Hmmm my hair was not like this before I stepped foot into your salon... This was 4 months ago and despite having it cut, my hair still has not fully recovered. My new hairdresser said even the top was incredibly patchy. For the amount of money I paid, I am very disappointed in Lounge Hair Studio. Long story short, if you go to this hairdresser you risk being thrown out with wet hair when it’s closing time, (despite them allowing you to book that time slot), and not having your hair dried off to ensure the colour is ok. They basically just do a rush job and don’t actually care about the end result. Which was NOT good - as you can see from the photos, you can see the awful colour I was left with, the horrible and obvious line. And actually tell from the close up pic that the dye has left the ends very dry and damaged. (Close up pic taken next morning. Pic of back of hair taken one week later out for my birthday - note the very visible line and patchiness - freshly done hair should not look like this!).

I've been a client at Lounge Hair Studio for almost 2 years. Not only does Shelley and her team do a wonderful job of my hair (hair extensions and cuts like no other), but the salon is friendly, welcoming and appointments run to time! Love this place

Not only is she excellent at her job, she genuinely cares and wants you to be happy! She always goes the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble.
