★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never come across a gym owner that cares so much about its clients, always bending over backwards, whether it be personally dropping off and loaning out their equipment to clients during lockdown, helping those financially affected by lockdown so they can continue to train and even setting up a fundraiser to give back to local businesses. Fred and Lovinia are amazing and the classes they offer are sooo much fun yet challenging at the same time. I cant recommend Transformation Centre highly enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Transformation Centre. Have been going for over six years. Never repeated a session. Fred is ahead of the rest with his workouts. So much research and thought goes into the sessions weekly. It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is this is the place for all!

Such an amazing friendly and non judgy place to achieve for fitness and health goals. Fred and Lavinia are awesome coaches to help you get to your goals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member of a number of gyms over the years and this has been far one if my favorites! Great community, great workouts and variety. Caters to all levels and it’s in and out, getting an intense workout in just 45mins. Would recommend to everyone! ??

Fred is an awesome instructor, so energetic and encouraging and the environment is super friendly with everyone motivating each other. Great music, great vibe and great location!
