β β β β β Signed up in October 2020 and can say that this is slightly more on the βpriceyβ side of gym memberships that Iβve ever signed up for.
However in saying that I have dropped quite a bit of weight since coming here and wouldnβt change gyms. The staff usually leave you to it unless you spark up a convo and the gym is always tidy! Good equipment and usually nice and quiet during non peak times.

β β β β β I had a good impression of this gym at first but this quickly changed as I felt discriminated against by the staff due to my temporary disability. They were quite unprofessional and rude in our communication and I personally felt the staff see me with disgust as I was recovering from an injury. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone who seeks to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of your condition (if any). It really felt like a scam to me with just generally terrible vibes. Look elsewhere, you won't regret it!

β β β β β Highly recommend! Karl and Steven were great to deal with. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The gym was tidy and clean. Has all the equipment you need plus free weights. Will definitely be back on my next visit!

β β β β β Came in as a casual for a week while visiting family. Immediately greeted by one of the staff (Karl) who was really helpful, friendly and I was cracking into my workout in no time. Even gave me a quick tour of the facilities. The gym is immaculately kept and super clean. I was very impressed. I came in for 6 days and Karl was there every day welcoming me. Not a massive gym, but I was able to do my full sets and all the equipment was what I needed and all in great working order. Keep it up mate.

β β β β β Love Snap GI. It's different from most gyms, we're a community instead of a number. No matter your goal, we're all their to support one another. It has a great atmosphere, super friendly people and a variety of top notch equipment! I'd say it's my second home :)

β β β β β This used to be a great gym, but now is a substandard gym as for the last 6 weeks there has been no air conditioning, in the height of summer. This has been raised but doesn't seem like a priority to fix. This is a premium price gym, but right now City Fitness is less than half the price and more comfortable to train in. It can be hotter and more humid inside than outside.
There are no windows to open either, so from a health and safety perspective these days no ventilation is less than ideal.
The equipment, ambience and (relative) cleanliness made them great, but none of that matters if you can't give a good customer experience when it matters.

β β β β β Best gym Ive ever been to. The manager Bri treated me so well and has even cared enough to check in with me weeks after i signed up!! club is always spotless and tidy - i will reccomend this gym to all my family and friends. Amazing!!
