Aspire Property Management was founded in 2012 by Mike Atkinson, a property investor and an Auckland local. We provide high-level property management services to both residential and commercial property. Our highly qualified team utilise the same strategies employed by Mike on his own properties.

She has dealt with everything in a quick and efficent manner and has been a kind and professional agent to work with. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delyse Gibson is an exceptional property manager and if we could rent under her again, we would in a heartbeat. Delyse completely exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our home. She supported us with any enquires we had with the processes of moving in to moving out.
She wants to facilitate a place in the renting market for young/first time renters, which is often scarce in the current climate. She empathises with new renters and puts aside prejudices.
We were lucky to have a property manager like Delyse who prioritises references over appearance and renting experience.
Delyse always has her heart in the right place. Even from the more experienced renters in our flat, Delyse was by far the best property manager they had been involved with. She walks the line between professional courtesy and kindness flawlessly. She was accommodating around our busy university schedules and covid situations regarding inspections. She liaises with confidence and clarity, always ensuring that we were up to date with anything regarding the property. Transitions between flatmates were managed with great care and any issues were sorted promptly with ease and confidence. Nothing seemed to be a hassle.
Delyse is an amazing person and property manager, she has given us more than we could ever ask for. You are guaranteed to have a fantastic renting experience with her by your side.

Thanks to Delyse and the team, we've been kept in touch through regular reports and emails to give us great confidence that all is well with our property and our tenants. We find it easy to access our property manager and any reports and financial information we might need. We couldn't be without them!

She is professional and such a lovely lady. I appreciated that when maintenance was needed on the property, Lauren was onto it straight away. You can tell that Lauren cares and respects the property, the home owner and the tenants. (It is hard to find a property manager like that!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike was excellent to deal with from the get-go. Originally dealt with Aspire to source a tenant two years ago and then reached out recently to arrange a new lease. Most other places I called were incredibly rude as we weren’t going to be utilising their property management services, however Mike was incredibly engaging, professional and informative. He very kindly has been supporting us out of his own good will to cover this full process which has been seamless. Would highly recommend Mike from Aspire and will definitely been using them in the future for any further requirements!
