★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First trial of the vaccine pass. It was easy here. Great staff and a good selection of drinks. Food was also yummy. A really relaxed atmosphere, fantastic for late afternoon drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best kept secret in Christchurch, follow the path beside cook 'n' with Gas restaurant and you shall find a garden bar like no other. You could travel far and wide and find a better bar, though you will never find a better barman than Greg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked down behind Cooking with Gas, opposite the Arts Centre, is this great place. The food and atmosphere are lovely and the bar staff always pleasant.Fairy lights and casual dining you would have no idea from the front this was hidden here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astro Lounge hosted our engagement party and we were so impressed with everything! Not only is the space cosy, fun, and full of atmosphere, but the staff are second to none. Greg made sure we had everything we needed and was such a great host, with nothing ever being a problem. The food was delicious and they had no issues looking after our vegan/vegetarian guests. 10/10 recommend!
