★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given 3 different rooms before one was cleaned to an acceptable standard (still not great).
Failed to provide a portacot as requested.
Rooms are dated.
Poor soundproofing.
Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean and held all the expected bits and pieces. Good off-street parking. The restaurant menu appeared to be heavily influenced from the Indian sub-continent. The front desk was always attended and the staff were helpful and polite. A guest of mine was a little troublesome, and the staff were very professional in their assistance to me in resolving the issue.
This is a clean and unpretentious hotel that I would be happy to use again. The missing star is because I think the prices are a little high. Otherwise, very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. When they saw I had a heavy luggage they change my room to the first floor so would not need to lug it up the stairs. Food is not value for money though small portions for far too dare for what you get. Carpets could do with a deep clean as lots of stains but not their doing. Nice area to sit and watch TV in the bar. Rooms spacious. Would stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misleading photos and essentially everything that the hotel said it provided, it didn't. The 'hotel' was nothing like what was represented in the photos. These must have been taken years ago as it is nothing like this. It was shabby and dirty, extremely run down. Daily service was a joke. Had to continually ask for towels, toilet paper, tea bags etc. We were there for 5 days however ended the stay earlier as it was so bad. Broken glass under the bed. It looked like nothing was cleaned underneath or around anything and hair everywhere. Curtains were falling off the rails, the door couldn't be locked properly. Couldn't use Sky as 'it wasn't working' so assume they hadn't paid the Sky bill. Couldn't use the gym as it was locked. Never advised that the laundry was coin operated so when we went to use it, we didn't have cash. Reception wouldn't help with this and it was Good Friday so very difficult to source. If the staff looked after the motel as much as their own appearance, then it may not be half bad. Will never go back and certainly do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 7 days, had to change rooms mid-stay as the power kept cutting in and out. Constantly had to ask for replenishment of the tea, coffee etc There was no shampoo and body wash in our second room.
Bedding isn't changed between guests. Blankets in the second room were stained and smelt like cigarettes.
Kitchen stovetop switches off after 10 minutes, 2 wooden spoons is all they have in the way of cooking utensils.
Bugs everywhere. Sand flies, blow flies and ants. Laundry room requires massive overhaul. An hour in the dryer and our clothes were still damp.
Walls are paper thin. Heard everything in the room next door and outside. Area is very lively at night, heard the local neighbourhood parties.
Would not recommend this motel. Overpriced and underwhelming.
