★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The backpackers is pretty gross - they only provide you with one sheet and a gross blanket, so you either sleep on the mattress protector or have the weird rubbery nylon blanket on you all night. There's no secure storage for valuables in the room, and the room smelled pretty funky. There were only two showers/toilets for 15 beds, both of which were pretty grim. They have a restaurant on-site that's open until 9.30pm, but they decided to close 40 mins early when I stayed so they offered me "takeaways" to eat in my grubby room. Would not recommend, would not stay again for love or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great hostel. The only reason I could think to stay here is if you need to catch an early flight, as I did. Utterly soulless with all the most depressing airs of an airport. Common areas are tired and grubby. Only one bathroom. Rooms are crowded and had lights glaring through the curtains all night. Several reviews say that you get what you pay for but I've stayed in many hostels far better than this for the money. Staff were friendly, however, and the free shuttle is great. All in all, fine for a night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmm, well, the service at the Hotel side reception was really great but the room was not all that clean, particularly the walls... They had all sorts of smears on them & the floor didn't look all that clean either but the linen and lounge area was clean. Good facilities for a backpackers though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently still here as I type this. Got bitten by bedbugs. Woke up and realised after 2hours of sleep as to wondering why I was so itchy and immediately got up and didn't go near the bed. The bed sheet had stains on it, and overall not very clean. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place, the worst backpackers I've ever stay in!!!
I can expect stinky room and kitchen because it's cheap place but i still expected from minimum like clean room and no bed bugs for example and I didn't even get the minimum.
Guy at the reception wasn't helpful at all, he just offered us clean Linener and say it's backpackers and there is a lot of tourist, you can't know what they bring with them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the place and found out the room is dirty and the bed are not made. And the only solutions that they gave us is getting the money back or doing the rooms by ourselves, that is not realy fair at all!!
The room literally smells like a garage.
There are a lot of BED BUGS. pictures are attached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informed the reception that the room was filthy upon arrival and was provided no solution except to leave my companion in the dirty room (we booked the 2 bed backpacker room) and be transferred into a 5 bed room. Why would I do that? How would that help us? There was no offer to clean it or make it right even when I showed pics of the room. I also contacted the property and manager with no response (it's been a good 3 days since my stay). We had a horrible night's sleep due to worrying about bed bugs given the state of the room...
I've stayed at backpackers before, but never one in this condition. You may think to yourself that "ah it can't be that bad, people mostly leave bad reviews anyway, it's just a night stay" ...RECONSIDER. I was you. You may think " this chick is exaggerating and probably uptight"... USE MY PICS AS YOUR REFERENCE and decide if that's how you want to spend the night.
Seriously, even if you have a red eye flight, spend a bit more money and put your mind at ease... I wish that I did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed was well made a clean. The second door which I assume was a fire exit didn’t open. The kitchen need someone I’ve 175cm to do some cleaning
Bathroom walls and ceiling needed a good clean a hole in the ceiling fixed and some paint on the window woodwork
But the price was good
