★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disappointing experience. I thought I would support a local company, I would have done better to do more research. They did not communicate well both before the move and on the day to advise they would be 3 hours late from the arranged time. They were not careful moving possessions, and did damage to property with no apologies. They seemed unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend them.

They came with another company's truck "Quality Baker" instead of "Auckland Best Movers", very rude, very careless to move my stuff. They were two guys, one of them asked me to call Uber because of his laser appointment and left there! The other guy asked me to move some of the stuff closer to the lift while his colleague was gone to laser appointment!!! No mask and sniffing all the time. They broke my floor lamp and did not accept that! Do not waste your money, time & energy!!
