★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FROM DAY1 WE ADMITTED OUR MUMS SISTER THERE...THE DUTY OF CARE THAT WAS GIVEN FROM CARERS THE WHOLE STAFF AND JUST THE CONNECTION WITH INFORMATION GIVEN AND RECEIVED BOTH SIDES HAS BEEN AMAZING...I WOULD RECOMMEND PALMS REST HOME TO ANYONE/FAMILY/FRIENDS THAT IS NEEDING A HOME FOR LOVEONES...THEY SURELY FOLLOW ALL POLICY AND PROCEDURES IN THERE HOME? A+??THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN PALMS REST HOME...AUNTY IS NOW AT PEACE??
