★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was probably the worst example of customer service anyone could ask for. They were confirmed on 13 May for moving us on the 3rd June. We called Pravesh on the morning of the move to check the time of 12 oclock, only to be told they weren't coming as it wasn't confirmed the night before. He had sent an email, (go figure? No call?) I'm speechless that such an important and stressful time was handled like this. Would not recommend in anyway, shape or form. Disgusting behaviour. BEWARE
