★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys should get an award for providing the worst customer service, first of all you have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes before your phone is answered.
I have called these guys 4 times now to find out why suddenly they are drawing more money for my rates and I yet have to hear from the accounts team, apparently they are the only ones who can answer my query but seems like they are untouchable and can do what ever they like.
Pathetic is the only word to describe Auckland City Council.
