★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to be a nice guy and not call due to our recycling bin being missed not once but twice in a row even though we got the bins out the night before and then we got a tag to state our bin was overflown by 1 juice carton so they would not collect it. When I had called to say this, the response was nothing we can do about it, it was my fault to begin with because I didn't log a complaint for the first 2 times.
Lesson learnt, be a horrible person and call to complain every time because they won't do a thing about it even though I have paid for this service.
