H	Hao Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great the views are great. Great walk to the summit. Also there is a retic reservoir on top. However to be a famous attraction this place has no signs to describe what so ever. This is a shocking. I hope the Maori tribe who owns this land can do something about it. The only sign I found was about the new footpath. That is extremely disappointing! There are lots of break ins at the car park also not great for New Zealand to present itself

F	Faizur Farook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning views over the Auckland city?? Captured this picture from Mount Eden. It's a dormant volcanic site. Attracts so many locals and tourists to this place. The views are superb and you get a panaromic view of the city and the suburbs. An excellent place for a picnic on the weekend. I come often during my lunch break. Lunch plus the view on a sunny day ? cannot beat that. I recommend everyone to visit this place if you are in the city. It's a must see attraction.
J	John Reilly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely spot for a walk with a great view. Its a biggish hill so it might take a while if you're not for ot otherwise challenged with walking. It's paved all the way so it a great surface. There are toilets down one one of the entrance roads towards the bottom.
M	Mark Pitts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to hike up to for panoramic views of Auckland, the harbor, and the surrounding suburbs and countryside. It took us about 25 minutes to walk leisurely to the top. There were stairs and well developed pathways up to the viewpoint. Take your time if you are not in the best physical condition, as it can be difficult for some older people or children. Overall, though, very much worth the climb up, especially on a clear day!

However if you go up, you will never regret the climb. The view is breathtaking, especially during the sunset. The lookout point at the top is a great place to click some photos. If you wish to go for a picnic with your loved ones, or if you wish to take your doggie for a walk/to play, that is also possible. There is a huge grass land where you can enjoy some quality time.
