★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience purchasing a vehicle through AMM was seamless and easy as it can get. There website was easy to use, the interactive function with customer support was good, and the online salesperson was able to answer all my queries to my satisfaction.
Really liked the follow-up by Steve who was great at understanding my needs and getting everything arranged without any issues. He further, makes you feel comfortable and makes the vehicle purchase process stress-free and easy.
When it comes to finances, Zoey Chen was a delight to work with and quickly arranged everything that was needed providing all the necessary information, was able to get the best options for my purchase. Great communication and follow by both make sure everything happens smoothly, from when I visited first to the time I left with the vehicle.
Highly recommend them both for anyone looking for a vehicle from AMM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not live in NZ but called a sales associate here. I wish I caught his name (approx 2pm May 23rd, New Car Sales, male, might have had a non NZ accent, had a 2013 outlander phev). I was inquiring general spec information as it is not available to dealers in my country yet. This gentlemen took the time to answer my questions although he knew from my phone number I was from outta country not buying a vehicle. I appreciated this and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. Our locale experiences are not this seemless. Perhaps the manager can identify the associate by my description!

Steph was an awesome help. Easy going and made looking for a car a whole lot easier. Not once did he bombard me with any type of salesmen tactics.
Zoey from the finance team was such a great help , her communication was always fast and efficient especially if they needed certain documents for my application.
Highly recommend the team here to anyone looking for there next pride and joy ride. A+ rating and 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in then walked out with a brand new car just in time for christmas. The staff here are very accommodating. Phil was great, very friendly and especially Zoey. She was amazing, she made everything go smoothly and with no hassle which as a first car buyer I appreciated very much. I just needed to supply a couple of documents and she took care of the rest. She also turned on the AC when she saw me sweating which was great ?. Very impressed with the service here. I was recommended here and I will also highly recommend this place as well. Thanks again to the team here at Mitsubishi in Manukau.

Communication was exceptional, utilising automation. The booking process was quick and easy as well. This was the best experience I have had servicing a vehicle with a dealership. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After always buying 2nd hand vehicles, my wife and I bought our very first new vehicle from AMM and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We looked at all electric/hybrid/PHEV options, shopped around at multiple dealerships for many weeks, even placed orders for other brands, until we decided to buy a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (mainly for the 7 seats and petrol savings).
Matthew and later on Phil, were great, constantly updating us of the status of our order (the wait was 3 months) and answering our (bordering on mundane) questions. Zoey, the business manager accommodated our last minute requests for cleaning products despite indicating earlier that the supplier is low in stock of the pack.
Our kids are enjoying the new car and we love the fact that we haven't used the petrol engine since we started driving the car two weeks ago. If you are after a new eco-friendly family car, we recommend the Outlander, and if you are in the South Auckland area, Auckland Motors Mitsubishi is the place to get it.
