★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No better than the previous time I was there about a week ago. I took my son there for a driving test. What I thought was only going to take an hour max took more than 2 hours. The test itself took 10 to 20 minutes max. I was observing everything from outside where we were lining up and when we finally got called to the counter. I noticed that some of the customer service people took too long because they tried to upsell the other services too much. Not even sure if their computer systems are slow or something else. However one thing is certain and that is they need to look at ways of streamlining and speeding up their services?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not switch up! Whatever they tell me when I book is what they charge unless its something unexpected but they always notify me before they proceed with anything. I became an AA member when I couldn't afford them lol but now that I can of course I went back. No regrets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a useless visit on 21/04/2022, wasted my annual leave for this. I went there to have my daughter's ID verified for her IRD number application. The lady who checked her documents advised that it's been sent through to IRD, I asked for a document confirming this, she said they are not providing any but she can confirm that it's been sent through to IRD, and that IRD will give me a call. I've called IRD as I've been waiting for weeks, they said the documents were not yet verified. Seriously, you should train your staff to be honest and efficient!
- The previous reviews with photos included show that I've been on the right place. If you can't process/verify ID for IRD applications, then remove it in your list of services. Taking up ownership on your failure to do your services well clearly reflects how you handle your customers. Total failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is pretty okay. I have been with AA for nearly 5 years,it used to be good and trade with heart. But now it feels like that the nature of this business is changing and it's all about after money. The mechanic is like a sales guy to get you service and replace unnecessary parts for your vehicle because they can decide if vehicles wof can be passed or not. I am wondering if he can get commission or he has his sales target pressure or I look like a kind of person who can easily to rip off under AA because I trust this brand and do not question? Your mechanic is seriously ripping customers off ,my friend./updated. Your commutation skills was impressed but it won't be able to hide the truth. You did not disclose unnecessary replacement to customers clearly which is misleading customers. The more you explain, the more truth you want to hide. The rear brake pad did not need to be replaced at all according to another mechanic. Your mechanic just wanted to do high performance results because they are well paid and maybe get potential to promote due to driven results? I have been to AA Mt Roskill,Panmure,Henderson etc and pretty happy with the work there. A lot of people are not aware of your dirty tricks. I dare to tell the truth to warn people to be careful with Manukau branch and the mechanic. $800 something worth to be spent.

Besides the friendly service, all pricing is clear, no hidden costs, everything is explained clearly, I was contacted PRIOR to work being done. Will be back in a couple of weeks to service and wof another vehicle! Also had brief encounters with a few different team members here and all are friendly, smiling and well spoken. Thanks AA Manukau!
