What I think is that you don't really care at all the same way you keep sending me service reminders for a car I traded in a long time ago even though you have been advised on at least two occasions of the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just purchased a Mazda 2 from this dealership and in the past I have always been cautious when dealing with car sales people as more often than not you get bad feedback and they get knocked for poor service and not caring after the sale has been completed. I have to say that my experience here with Darrell has been quite the opposite. There's been nothing that's too much trouble, in fact he has bent over backwards during and after the sale. It has been a pleasant experience and I would not only buy a car here again but would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone purchasing a car

People often ask me why I take my Ford Ranger to SAM for service from my home in Cambridge when I could get it serviced locally? I tell them the response I get from staff from Service Reception to Sales and especially Dave Kennedy is always consistent, friendly and punctual. I bought my truck from Dave at SAM when every other dealer I approached was not interested. For me its South Auckland Motors every time!
