★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious wait times, unable to speak to anyone. Waited twice at 30 mins each and no answer whatsoever, no notifying how long they call may take and no choice to request a call back. Absolutely useless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better apply your tourist visa 3 months before you travel because they take ages to process even if you have permanent residency here in New Zealand .... they need to improve and better put on some effort to take quick process of cases like tourist visa within a 14 days time frame not bloody 30 days or I can say 90 days to process the application and they need to bloody put some option for speaking to visa officer for the process of urgent application ... what a waste of money $247 just to get a visa and didn’t receive on the time frame of travel dates when you need it .... waste of tickets and waste of holiday from work too I didn’t even give one star to you guys your TTS office and visa office won’t deserve a shmizz ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for a visa on line very slow couldn't get to speak to anyone. Emails only replied to by automated reply. I would have liked to speak to someone at the Consulate but I was not allowed in the door. But security guard very friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible processing time, what was the point of asking for travel dates if you weren’t going to take it into consideration?? when you call no one picks up, it goes straight to voicemail of instructions, no one replies to emails and they don’t even speak to you when you pay a visit to their office?????they simply send guards to speak on their behalf while you stand outside ??
APPALLING customer service , inconvenient and a waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my grandma to renew her passport.
They were so friendly and kind to her.
We filled everything as we should have and got two photos from Life Pharmacy in Commercial Bay next door to the Australia Consulate building, as they do very high quality photos.
She got her new passport in a week and all is well.
Thank you again for the great service and guidance.
