Our medium to long-term vision is to offer dealership level workshop quality at independent garage prices throughout New Zealand. At present, we have two Auckland locations. Autoconnection in Penrose and a second location in Glen Innes.
In the next three to five years, we would like to have five convenient locations throughout Auckland. And in the long-term to expand the Autoconnection brand to other key centres in both the North and South Islands.
Doing this would enable us to offer motorists throughout New Zealand an ideal mix of high-quality repairs and top customer service at fees that represent value for money.

Bought a voucher online for full service, i recently bought a car low on mileage and in excellent condition, just for peace of mind i thought i should get full service done. Owner (Sri Lankan Nationality) came up to me, saying car brake pads and rotors are gone, needs a replacement. I remember my car was running smoothly but as you know, always being a first time, you want your car to be perfect, safety comes first and why would a mechanic lie? It was my theory at that time. Even being under budget i said yes to the repair, which end up about $450 plus.
Trust me, my car brakes and rotors always makes some sort of squealing sounds sometime heavy and sometime light after they replaced it. I remember my car was absolutely alright since their involvement. I have never been able to fix that problem until now. Kindly do not fell for the trap. Go some where else, report this to NZTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a very good job, replacing all oils and filters and worn disc pads, smoothing disc and spark plugs (at 85K). Uses top ends oils and parts but let me know about the costs before proceeding. I was provided with a loan car. Car drives quietly and beautifully after service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was having a cranking issue and consulted them 2 mo ago. The Mechanic suggested me to replace battery though I raised whether its my starter motor issue. They told that on checking by scanning its shows as voltage variation though the battery was less than 2 yrs old and working good. So, I decided to change the battery. I suggested to check my brake pads ( driven less than 23k)and change the car tyres ( worn out)as well! I took the car back after changing the tyres (all 4)and battery. They also provided an alternative car until the job was finished??
Less than a week after run, car stopped in my driveway! The road assistance diagnosed that its the starter motor issue and i need it to be replaced. I contacted Autoconnection and pulled out the car by truck to the shop. They told me to replace the starter motor and fixed it. I took the car then after repair.
Not less than a month( driven less than 1k), my brake pads worn out and it damaged the rotor as well.Now I have to change both rear rotors along with brake shoes?
I have replaced my battery for no reason and if they have told me to replace the brake pads (if properly checked while changing the tyres), I could have saved my money!!!!!
So Folks, take your own risk!!!
