★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently purchased a Subaru legacy from auto direct manurewa with a fair price on the market plus harry offered a best trade in price with my old car .
I have been contacted through Facebook market place for a mazda axela hybrid car , and I believe megha who had responded quickly and given couple of options which suits to my needs , in addition I got the information regarding finance quote, trade in avg price, insurance option all in same time through chat with out visiting the yard which helped me to save time and plan for the purchase options .
I have been satisfied with the quick response and follow up made by megha and harry through chat and phone , made me to continue to purchase car from auto direct.
As a customer, I been happy with the service, pricing and follow up in all my needs . I Express my gratitude to harry , megha and Raminder who helpd to complete my purchase . I believe all their cars comes a fair price compared with other dealers , and range of cars they can arrange according to customer needs .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, they are very responsive when they are trying to sell the car to you but not when they solving the problem with you. Bought a car from them and the problem started couples days after i picking up. And sending back to them just wasting my time , they will just told you this and that and not solving the problem. In the end they guy named Harry told me take the car to any local workshop to fixed it and he will pay for it since their Auto Electrician cannot figured what is the problem of my car.
So i took my car to the workshop and got the report pay by myself and yet they claiming the battery from the local workshop is too expensive and ask me to wait because they will order a new one for me. I had waited for few days and yet they cannot change it for me. It take 2 days to retrieved the battery from MANGERE TO MANUREWA ! What a Joke !
I have done playing with this guys , dishonest shop , i guess they are doing all the Google review by themself. Good luck on your future business Auto Direct !

It is scary buying a new car when you don't know much about cars but these guys really work with you to find a car that suits. I didn't feel pressured in anyway. I requested a reverse camera to be put in my vehicle and it was installed the next day and ready for me to pick up right away. Super happy with your service guys. Highly recommend!!!!!
