★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tai responded to my inquiry in a matter of minutes after my submission through my Google search online. I was in shock! Normally any queries I've done in the past with other car companies, I'll be waiting a couple of days, her quick action really impressed me. Tai was so lovely, professional and helpful over the phone. I wasn't sure if I could make it out to view the car due to work commitments, she offered for Rogan to do a video walk through instead which was very thoughtful. I sat thinking about this Ute overnight and then made the decision to visit Industry Motors in Takanini the very next day, time was of the essence but I knew I had to go and see this Ute. I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager, Tai and Rogan in person, all were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Rogan did a run through of the Ute with me, he was so helpful answering my queries, I then took it for a test drive too, I also had a trade in for Rogan to look over. Tai then went through the Finances with me. I was so impressed with the whole entire service I received. The process was literally so smooth and easy from start to finish. There were no complications, no pressure, no stress at all. Communication is very important to me, so every text, email and call was answered promptly. Had the biggest smile on my face when I came to collect my Ute, the massive big blue ribbon on the hood was a lovely touch. Thank you Team for making my car shopping experience such a wonderful and stress free one. I recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go to Industry Motors Takanini. Their friendly and professional service is beyond exceptional, in my eyes they are TOP NOTCH! Thank you again! A+++

Bilal was our Sales Consultant and was excellent, he was honest and very knowledgeable. He suggested we highlight our key requirements and then showed us the available cars which fit our requirements, we thought that was a great way to make it easy for us. He was not pushy at all which put us as ease to make the right choice for our wee run around.
Would highly recommend the team at Industry Motors Takanini and will be purchasing from them again in the near future.

The car I wanted was standard looking, I asked them to black it out including black tinted windows and black rims, and they did. My 2017 Holden Captiva looked amazing when I picked it up. I was actually speechless. Thank you Bilal and team. I love driving it. If you're looking for a good quality vehicle, go to Industry Motors in Takanini, ask for BILAL, he is amazing and will help find the perfect car for you. He helped me out and hubby ended up buying a car too. You won't be disappointed. ??

Took real good care of me and were efficient and smooth the whole experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never purchased a car unseen before but I took the plunge based on my confidence with Daniel and Tai.
It became a real journey as the car was trapped at compliance over lockdown and being a modified vehicle it needed a LVV cert.
Nothing was a challenge the dynamic duo couldn't overcome.
When the car arrived it was immaculate and exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their dream car.

Just went in browsing for 7 seater suv and Aman showed us what we were actually looking for and the price was within our budget. Thought finance would be something stopping us to purchase the vehicle but Tai made it so easy and simple that we couldn't believe it was approved within days. Was surprised when went to pick up the car,it looked like it was a brand new car. Aman did really great job. He knows what a customer wants and how to please his customers and on other hand Tai makes sure customers have a good deal with the finance companies.. Compared to the rest of the dealerships I visited, the team at Industry Motor Group were far more courteous and eager to assist. Not only did they assist me with painting the rims and performing a few luxury touch-ups; they made everything so easy while being safe, sanitary, and adhering to level 3 restrictions. It was a breeze!
I am super happy with my new car and I can't wait to go on our much needed road trip after lockdown!
