★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been getting my car serviced here since they opened several years ago. Andy and Steve are competent, honest and approachable guys. There is always a courtesy car available if I need it, and if they have time they'll wash my car for me without charge, which is an awesome touch.
I work way out of town now, but still take the time to bring my car to Autocraft Central - it's tough to find a mechanic you can really trust, and I've never had reason to complain about the work, advice or cost here.

On the phone the guy talked a big game saying they would give it a good look over to see if it would pass a wof, take it for a test drive see how it runs, I told him the year and the make he said they would be able to let me know what goes wrong with these types of cars after a while, it sounded good so we booked in, it cost $160. When it was time to pick up the car, I could hear the reception lady talking to the men at the back asking if someone could come explain what they had found & what not and I could hear them saying they didn't look over the car, the person that did wasnt there at the time I picked up the car. I heard the lady say I'll to them well I'll take his money someone needs to talk to him, another guy said he would come see me. He comes out all he pretty much says is " these models of car take alot of oil so you'll need heaps of oil" & that was it, he asked if I had any questions I said so what's all this stuff use have written down, all he said was well your looking at around $1000 to fix it all up and that was it.. Waste of time waste of money, useless customer service and just a joke really.. I recommend not to go there cause I definitely won't be going back. Cheers
