β β β β β I gave Steve a call this morning regarding a possible investment property I'm looking to purchase, and he was fantastic in advising me that the particular property was NOT in a suitsble area to attract good quality tenants. Great advice considering I live in Australia, and he could have just taken my money.

β β β β β I have been with Prime Rentals for over a year. I had something that broke in the house and it has taken over 2 months after me calling twice to find out what was going on to find out they still know nothing more than the last time i spoke to them (2-3 Weeks ago) I would strongly recommend you pick a different real-estate company that does what they say they will do! Very unimpressed!

β β β β β We got a flat in 8th Ave through Prime Rentals and the landlord Shane was borderline psychotic. He cleaned our shower when we were away and made it almost impossible to get our bond back. It was a terrible experience and these are just some of the issues. People like this shouldnβt be landlords. Also our bond was hard to find which was suspicious and concerning.

β β β β β rented a property managed by prime rentals for nearly 3 yrs, and wow wot a experience it was, and nt a good 1. alicia, sue and helen were great ladies and was unfortunate they had to be steves little in the middle ladys. sooo much work needed to be done to the place from ripped wall paper which was suppose to be fixed 2 wks from move in date 3yrs later still didnt get done, leakn toilet tap, 2 months to sort, fault windows with broken latches 1 window i had to screw shut cos if it opened it wud fall to the ground, prime rentals guy came to do latches bt one broke qnd smashed a window, broken window in the sunroom which was suppose to b fixed 2 weeks from move in date, that never got fixed, cochroaches which i had to pay to get rid of, over grown trees and 1 was touchn the power line, the spouting had plants growing in them, sooo many issues that never got fixed. i also had to get the house blessed as i was nt aware a suicide had happened in the shed which led to alot of out of it moments in the house and have videos of that. leakn bath tub which leaked to the shed, lawns which was part of my rent would get done once ever 4 to 6 weeks and wasnt done properly either and sooo much more. was a really unfar tenancy, back section was another issue as i had alot of random men jst turn up without me being notified from prime rentals. the property i was renting was sold without me knowing or the house gking on the market, lucky i had a bak up plan as i knew we were going to be asked to move out as i had requested so much work to be done which had nt been done, and i have all the evidence of our communications. steve told me he and the landlord did what they thought was urgent. bt its ok im settled in my new house and i will be taking legal action nw ?.. hope you still hav all our recording steve.
and since i cant reply to steve message. il put it here. cheap rent? $425 aint cheap for a house which i was told was going to get fixed while i was in it. and all the overlooked extras living in the house? no steve just me and my family were in the house ok, the "extras" were family who come to stay on weekends or when ever bt nooo they didnt live with us, yea there were often family over but so what thats none of ur business. did u get any complaints about us in your that house? nooo. and the house was nt filthy steve lol, it was left in a better state then what it was when i moved in. also have photos of that. harassing ur staff? no steve if they anwered my calls when i call the office or reply to my emails and be honest, then yes i would have to keep trying to get in contact with them to try get things fixed at the property.

β β β β β We have used Prime Rentals for one year overseeing our rental property. Steve and the team are absolutely outstanding to deal with. They are very easy to contact, friendly to deal with, and super efficient. We recently had a major problem at our property which was dealt with very speedily and efficiently by Steve and the team. They kept us fully up to date with all our options and continually visited our property to monitor progress. Using them to oversee our property has certainly given us peace of mind and we feel we can totally trust them. They are certainly people of integrity who do an outstanding job.

β β β β β A very late posting but I feel it needs to be said.
Prime Rentals, Steve and Sue Warburton, were managing our rental property back in 2013. They highly recommended the tenant they placed in the property. We had to chase up inspections as they were not done and seldom, if ever, was there the photographic proof that any inspections were actually carried out. We were slow in realizing that something was not right. Eventually we discovered, to our horror, that the tenants were running a dubious business from the property β which probably explains the lack of inspection photos. Their email responses were slow and seemed evasive. Let us hope Prime Rentals are now more careful about placing tenants.
