I will never go back after being treated poorly, I was harassed by the receptionist whom felt she knew more about my insurance entitlements and refused to fix things related to my accident. Very nasty to deal with over the phone. Unprofessional and insensitive. I went to Tornado Panel & Spray in Lower Hutt. Much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless Business. Picking my car the 4th time they still failed to properly repair/paint my car as there are paint drops/over spray in my door sill and imperfection in the paint on rear bumper.
Yes it had to go in 4 times each successive time to rectify shoddy workmanship, every time I picked it up I found either damage or the quality of work was extremely poor.
This included not sanding down rough patches and painting over them, paint drips, not removing surface rust just painting over it, over spray in many areas, clumps of dry paint, unpainted spots, not fixing scratches or groves just painting over them and denting my vehicle.
I specifically pointed out areas when dropping off the second and third times for rectification that went ignored.
The 4th and final time there were approx 10-15 defects in their work to rectify. I was made to feel small, intimidated, unintelligent and that my car was not worth it. Now my car is fifty shades of grey thanks to the number of times they repainted it. I didnt care what they said stood my ground unintimidated and got it fixed although they still failed to do it right.
They tried to blame me for their faults, the dent which I spotted the second pick up before leaving. The rust which they said was new (within a week of the 3rd time car was supposed to be rectified) or was tape marks. Both times I said check their photos and both times they backed off and repaired them.
Even their appraiser told me it was not right then I was told the appraiser knows nothing lol. They told me they wont be doing any future work on my car like it was me doing the sub par work but I'd already said I'd never go back the 3rd time. Stay away horrible place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute joke of a business. It took weeks to get it booked in because they claimed they were waiting on the assessor. Although i had a call from the assessor asking when it was going to be booked as they approved it weeks ago.
They said that a groom was going to be part of it and went to pick it up and it was filthy. Covered in specs of paint, dust, dirt, something red, and had some kind product on the panels they painted.
When i asked why it wasn’t groomed they were hostile and stated “i don't know about where you work but where we work we only do work that we get paid for” even though it was supposedly listed to have it when they assessed it for the insurers.
When they said they would call me back the never did and i would have to call back and chase them up on everything.
I found out second hand that the ceramic coating wasn’t done on all the parts that got repainted and they told me i have to go take it somewhere else to get those parts done- I wouldn’t have known had i checked with the other company that did the ceramic coating.
The awning was given to me in a box and they said “i don't know if this is the right one or not” and when i asked why they didn’t fit it they got defensive and claimed they don’t do that because its an accessory.
They incorrectly fitted my hard lid so the locks jammed and doesn’t function.
Would be extremely embarrassed if it was my company or I worked there. Complete and utter incompetence and some of the staff were extremely rude

Feels like a lovely caring atmosphere when you walk in their office or deal with them over the phone. They did an amazingly good job of cleaning my car too and it smelt nice when I sat in. Nice to use a place you can trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Really mixed reviews on here. Mine is 5 star. From start to finish their service was great. Amazing detail to cleaning the car afterwards too. I'm pretty sure it had a valet clean or they just did a really good job!? Didn't think that an interior Clean was part of the service because it was the front bumper that was damaged. Anyway, 5 stars for you for my experience.
