★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I financed a car from here nice car had a few issues which took a couple weeks to sort out a solution, when I received vehicle from wellington to Auckland it had a cracked front bumper which was not in the photos which they say is but I have photo evidence, said can not be fixed because of old age but i let that one go because they would pay for the Rev counter which I have been told they will be happy to reimburse but i have been waiting 3 weeks for reimbursement and am told everytime that the accountant is on leave if so how do you get paid or how do you maintain the business sales when accountant is not present.
Am still waiting for reimbursement
As have now been told it is unsure of when accountant will be back. this is my review and I hope you take this into concideration to prevent others from giving poor reviews in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service from Warwick the owner, absolute liar! Would not recommend to anyone. Warwick shook on a deal and promised the car to us after a WOF was done and then sold to a gentleman minutes after leaving the forecourt. Terrible service, terrible dealer. When presented on phone started to back track and lie as knew he was in the wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have given credit to the poor reviews, Warrick is a time waster and doesn't up hold agreements, even when in writing. I was told I couldnt purchase the car for my offer after they completed a warrant. It went for a warrent at his preferred tester, staff became very defensive when I asked for an independent warrent, this was denied. The brakes had a noticeable shutter and head lights had a lot of moisture in them, these are both Warrent issues and it "passed". Warwick denied any water in the headlights while his staff that had shown the noticeable moisture too sat in silence. Aware of these conditions I was prepared to fix them
Myself upon purchase regardless of the legitimacy of his Warrent service, for my own piece of mind. When I showed up to complete the purchase after taking time off work to go to the bank and come to Warricks yard, he then refused to sell me the vehicle because I had dared to raise my concern on the shuttering brakes and unsealed headlights. All in all this wasted 2 days of my time and I have lost faith in the legitimacy of the warrant service being offered by that yard. This place is not for the educated buyer, don't raise concerns, don't ask for independent advice, just buy blindly or have your deal voided.

After not being able to give me the car in the promised condition, he gave me an add on that would have cost more than the cost to fix the small problem. Love the car and the deal. I recommend this place if you are looking for an honest deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you get a pre-purchase inspection before buying anything from here. We were led to believe this Toyota Hiace was in amazing condition and that it wouldn’t come with a service because “it doesn’t need one” and had very low kms. Decided to get a mechanical pre-purchase inspection from the AA anyway (you have to get this done at a different site because they refuse to go into this car yard). The mechanic found severe issues, including water in the transmission along with a huge amount of other issues. The mechanic advised me to not go near that van unless I wanted a $6000 bill for a new transmission. When I raised this with the owner, he clearly already knew about the problem but hadn’t disclosed it. I’m not saying every car here will be dodgy, but just be safe and get an independent inspection first.
