I made an appointment two weeks before, arrive at nine in the morning and leave at almost 12 o'clock and only after complaining twice, the second time I said I wanted my car key back because I wanted to leave. Ten minutes later everything was ready.

I contacted a few mechanics before i stumbled across these guys (thank you google)I called and spoke to this guy ,i kinda struggled to explain what i needed done on my car.the WOF list was long and hard to read.the guy i spoke with had incredible paitences & tolerance, he helped guide me through the list enabling him to grasp exactly what parts i needed..He gave me a quote,and a repair timeframe..i took my car in around 10am and the service was SUPERIOR!! the guy was outside STAT doing visual checks an explaining to me the why this happend, how they wil fix it etc etc and told me car be ready by 3pm. He called me about 12ish saying my car was ready.Im thinking (Dude) u said 3pm my immediate thoughts were (SCAM) When i went to pick up car he showed me what they fixed and how,showed me the broken parts and what they used to fix or amend .I paid and took my car for a drive expecting a tyre to come off and roll passed...WOW i was absolutely blown away an lost for words,i couldnt believe it,i had to get flatmate to come for a drive to ensure i wasnt dreaming.my car felt brand ×$#%^&g NEW , my flatmates like the SHAKING has stopped. i feel safe...lol..I have never left a mechanics after having repairs done , and my car feels 10 times in better condition...Thank you soo much team ,from start to end the Service yous provided was phenomenal !!! PS And that Admin/customer waiting area.....SPOTLESS you lot are in a League of your own...Never lose your Incredible standards. Cheers Suzuki Black
