★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Had to Return 4 times (I hope it’s only 4, I’m praying my next visit this week will be my last) to get a simple replacement rear view mirror fixed. Each time waiting for a part that was wrong or not even there. No courtesy call to save me driving there and waiting, and even being without my car for 2 full days and counting. I get that parts are tricky, but having respect and consideration for my time and travel is basic courtesy.

We took an old run about car to get looked at as it needed a service and was running rough. They diagnosed the issues and called up with a list of things to do. After discussing this, we agreed on a shorter list of work and some workarounds rather than fixes as the car is getting on and will be replaced. They also gave it a good wash and I can't recall it looking so good.
I take choosing a mechanic pretty seriously (same mechanic for another car for 25 years now) and will definitely be going back to Mayne.
