As a single mother I felt things were explained in language I could "almost" understand & was very comfortable that I was communicated with about everything. The price was ok but it's more that I felt confident in their honestly . In fact I have now sent my teenage daughters car there & she has also felt the same way as her first experience dealing with car repairs etc. highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I changed oil two weeks ago. I bought my own oil and filter (Castrol Edge 5W 30 full synthetic) and paid $40 for change. When job finished, I drove car and reached home. I was really surprised to see that they did not put back my remaining oil. I called them, they replied we have thrown remaining oil. I trust them in good faith but they cheated me. They thrown my oil without asking me.
They are really bad people, they are not professionals. No body can trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication- Car was booked in for a Service and WOF and it was not until I rang in the afternoon that they said they couldn't do the WOF. They should have informed me in the morning so I had the opportunity to go somewhere else. Huge inconvenience for my family which they could have avoided with better communication. Will not be going back

This price is expected as it is showed in their website.. however, when i asked for a copy of how was the computer health check, i didnt get a response. I also checked if they topped up my fluids, and to my surprise, nothing's been touched except oil and filter. It's a rip-off. There are other car servicing centres out there who can charge less with the same service.
