★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my best friend went and I got our lashes done. Was very happy with how the lashes looked. But when I got my lashes done the products we’re making my eyes sting even when I tired to tell the lady I didn’t get a reply. My face mask got pulled off my face. She did not tell me anything she was about to do. And walked out with glue on my eyes. It’s been a day since I got them done and my eyes are still stinging and sore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed, went there with my daughter ( the bride to be) lady spent half the time on her phone. They jumped between clients and my other daughter got cut twice during her manicure. The bride to be ended up with crooked nails and paid an extra $10 to get nail art. We could have done better ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional. Have done my nails here firstly they dont attend you at the appointment time and take other walk in clients before you. They act so greedy.
Today I called to make an appointment for my eyebrows and phone was answered by Anna and I requested an appointment she very rudely told me I'm busy and make and appointment online. When asked why cant she do it over the phones she told me she doesn't have time. When I told her its rude the way they treat people and I need an appointment for service which I will pay and you treat me as if you are doing it for free instead of apologizing she hanged up on me.
The way they talk to people is so unprofessional.

Booked online only to have them days before email with a change to my time but not asked if the time suited. Which it didn't. I booked in my lunch break. No chatting whatsoever in the appointment other than "what you booked in for" and "your done". No people skills here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved this place. It had a lovely feel to it from the time you walk in. My nails look lovely & i didn’t feel uncomfortable whilst having them done like others around town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended an appointment here yesterday. Was emailed 3 separate times with small time/staff changes. Then received a text to please come in 30 minutes earlier. I did this, arrived and was directed to sit in a chair. Ignored for the next 20 minutes. Was given a very rough and badly done 'luxury manicure' by a young girl who clearly did not want to be there.
No conversation or explanation of what she was doing.
Then it was time for a 'freshen up all in one'. I expected a hair wash followed by a head and neck massage similar to when at a hairdresser. What I got instead was put into a large massage chair (again, no explanation). The staff member who washed my hair was very lovely, but I suspect has very limited English. While the hairwash was okay, my neck and head were in agony on the headrest. She did a lovely facial massage with a scrub but very limited scalp massage (1 minute maximum). She then took me out the back where there are massage tables, blow dried my hair and said "all done". I had been hoping that I would get a proper head/neck massage!
I asked to speak to Anna, she agreed to have my nails somewhat straightened up, then I left. Almost in tears. A lovely lady at life pharmacy applied a nourishing oil to my nails and a PROPER hand massage. Her and her colleague were horrified my hands were left in such a state.
I normally don't do reviews, or complain, however after realizing today that my neck is stiff and I have bruising on the back of my head I am left wondering what on earth I paid for???
I expected to feel happy and relaxed after my visit, I got the opposite. A refund would be the least I could expect after such a horrible experience, but I doubt I'll be offered that. Will never go again, and will advise friends and family not to either. Truly disappointed.
