So much glue was applied and all my eye lashes were glued together, also the lashes were glued right on my lash line which added to the irritation already felt by the fumes of the glue.
I asked for help, sent photos and was told my eyes are sensitive and was told to wait 24 hours and this is normal - ive had my lashes done before and have not experienced such pain and irritation. I also asked for a refund and was denied this, although the service cause damaged/irritation to my eyes.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
They take no responsibility for the damage caused!

My sister visited Viva Beauty Gallery yesterday. She asked for the Russian Hybrid set. The “technician” told her there would be some burning from the glue (which there absolutely shouldn’t be). That was an understatement, my sister spent 40mins (which is far too quick for a Russian hybrid set) distressed and eyes burning. She repeatedly asked if that was normal (it was her first time getting lash extensions), to which she was told that it was fine and would be over soon, no effort was made to reduce the pain.
She left the salon very upset and by the time she got home her eyes were visibly red, burning and watering. While the lashes looked ok from a distance, you could see when you looked closely that there looked to be very little technique used to apply them and instead the base of her lashes were caked in glue.
By that night her eyes had swollen and come up in blisters on one of the eyes. She removed all the lashes as best she could, this also ripped out her natural lashes.
Safe to say, if you want lashes DO NOT come here. $85 to be in pain and have your natural lashes ruined.
Do better Viva. It’s completely unethical to provide a service that causes your client so much pain.

She told me there would be some burning when applying some of the glue, I didn’t expect it to be so sore and feel like my eyes were bleeding, she just told me it would be over soon after I repeatedly asked her to do something about the pain I was experiencing. I left distressed and in pain. I would not recommend this business for eyelash extensions even though they don’t look bad, I don’t think the pain was worth it!
