★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low water pressure made having a shower impossible. Had a bath but had to run tap to get rid of orange rust first. Land lady on the booze with loud guests till late was not really fair on me or other guests. Would never stay here again or mention It to others to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidy motel, we had a unit with two bedrooms and a living room that slept 5. Basic Sky TV plus freeview. Although its on the main road we found it quiet, the units are at the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 150$ for a night for 3 adults, during peak Christmas season. Took 2 rooms for 6 ppl in total and paid 600$ for 2 nights for 2 rooms. Can’t complain although room did not have ironing facility, linen was ok too. Looks aged but great heaters n room warmed up quickly. Low pressure water but all good. Saved us a lot of expenditure. Basically in n out.. Enjoy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the motel after a very busy month of buying a new house and moving into it. We got a very warm welcome from our hostess Rhonda who escorted us to our family sized apartment. She made sure we knew where to find everything and we ordered our breakfasts. My wife went for a continental breakfast The men had a full breakfast. Wow! When they arrived at the arranged time in the morning, we found, two eggs each, perfectly cooked, with sausages, bacon , beans, fried tomatoes, mushrooms,toast and hashbrowns. It was very filling and delicious, and still very hot. My wife's breakfast was toast, a selection of spreads, juice, yogurt, milk and fruit. All this was accompanied by coffee or tea.
The unit was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep each night. The unit has good cooking facilities and plates cups glasses and cutlery and enough cutlery for the whole family. The room was comfortable and warm and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
There are some good restaurants and cafes in easy distance and a couple of very good takeaway shops in easy walking distance, as well as a nearby supermarket and dairy.
Let's face it if you want exclusivity and total luxury go to the big city and stay at the Ritz, but if you want comfort and a pleasant stay in a lovely town where you're treated as a local, give this a try. We will be back.
