★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked this one by mistake thru booking.com but due to app glitch booked colonial lodge in omaru when it should have been asure colonial lodge in Napier and even though my booking was non refundable with a couple of friendly email between motel and myself and the booking.com colonial lodge happy refunded my booking in full without issues if i ever go down there on holiday ill be booking them for this reason

If the weather is nice you can enjoy the park on the back and catch up some time with the beautiful Alpacas!
It really superpass our expectations. The owner was super friendly and helpful all the time. We will come back without hesitation!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great motel. Hostess was lovely. We arrived late and she went put on the heating and lights for us. Underfloor heating too so unit was really warm when we arrived. Spotlessly clean too. Also had little touches that were nice like makeup remover pads and satchets of plunger coffee. Price Great too. We had a studio for $117. Great value.

Very peaceful surroundings and great atmosphere for families, too!!!
I wish I would have been able to stay leisurely just because of being crazy-busy, couldn’t really get to appreciate enough the great atmosphere of my stay at the motel ❣️
Overall a great attempt by the staff and thanks very much kindly for the great customer service!
