★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the Avenue Motel for the guys at work who had to travel to Palmerston North to do a job. The motel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The motel lovely and clean. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean and place is quiet. Lots of towels and area is well-kept. Giving this 2 stars because the front desk receptionist staff is condescending, arrogant, rude, and unhygienic. We don’t know what we did to deserve this kind of treatment. We are never coming back here. If anyone from the business sees this, feel free to contact me. Happy to provide further context so you can train your staff to be better. Our stay was booked on 6-7 Nov.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great on-site management, helpful, kind, and goes the extra mile. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and have that warm, comfortable feeling to them that screams home away from home. The beds are comfortable, and all on-site facilities are fit for purpose.
