★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 2 nights. Unit was very clean, bed was a super king & very comfortable. Location was great, close to the square, the mall, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been staying here for business. This place is frequently used by our family business. The location is fantastic for people wanting easy access to the CBD. The rooms are modest, clean.
What made it for me was getting back after a day working is mid summer heat to a beautifully serviced room and the fans had been turned on to cool the room. A small gesture but the mark of true hospitality. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A little oasis in the middle of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite expensive considering how Palmy is not a touristy place at all. There’s not really much to do to charge what you charge for a room. It was clean and comfortable,but I felt like it was a bit ridiculous to pay that amount.

No heat pump/ air con, just a panel heater that is timed, woke up each morning very cold.
No extraction fan in the bathroom, cold wet floor tiles, very much an 80s bathroom.
Very thin walls, next door were out front until 9:30pm smoking and drinking, when trying to vent the bathroom the cig smoke would enter the room.
Perhaps this place is best suited to govt housing, not to those pay $160 per night, feel very disapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I had a great experience with the Kiwi Studios Motel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for couple, family or even your self.
The motel is super close to the center of Palmy that you can easily explore the heart of Palmy within 10 mins walking. I highly recommend this motel for anyone visiting Palmy. I and my partner will come back here for sure in the future. ?
