β β β β β Arrived with the TranzRail from Christchurch. It was a zoo. Car we originally received had a rattle in the dash. Upon returning through Greymouth, we stopped by and switched cars. The staff was so helpful. They handled our concerns in a friendly, polite fashion, although there were limited options, being a small agency where cars are all rented out. We ended up with a hatchback version of our Corolla sedan. It was newer, drove tighter and no squeaks. Hail to the staff at this agency.
